Job Training
& Placement

The GBDCEI has worked to develop, guide and support organizations, small businesses and entrepreneurs. During that time, we have discovered that the mentality and approach towards entrepreneurship is flawed.

The Center for Future Entrepreneur & STEAM combines industry-led training programs, designed to provide skills for and connect unemployed or underemployed youth to existing and emerging job opportunities.  The program is designed to train foster youth and youth from low-to-moderate income families with the skills to start a business or secure quality job that provides good pay and benefits, allowing them to change or break the cycle of poverty in their family.  To ensure sustained success; mental health and crime and drug prevention experiential programs are used to reinforce newly learned behaviors and prevent recidivism.
